As owner and founder of Staats Solutions, Jennifer is the driving force behind the success of this company. Having spent over a decade in her field, Jennifer has a broad knowledge of real estate. As a licensed agent, she has sold many properties and managed agents and brokers with transactions nationwide. She has also opened multiple businesses and franchises across the U.S. When she gets the time, you can find Jennifer outside, exploring with her two daughters, loving husband, and many animals.

Transaction Coordination Department Manager
Lisa is an energetic, go-getter, with a passion for real estate and people. Having spent over 15 years in real estate in various roles, Lisa has a wide variety of skills and thorough knowledge of transactions. She was born in Hawaii and over the years, has lived in several states. Lisa enjoys spending time with her large family, teaching martial arts, dancing, and world travel.

Her background spans luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, global travel, and even working aboard superyachts—experiences that fuel her entrepreneurial spirit and fresh perspective. Brigitte’s work is driven by strategy but always infused with a healthy dose of humor, heart, and hustle.
Originally from California, she now lives in Idaho with her husband, baby girl, and cat. When she’s not in creative mode, you’ll find her planning her next trip, cooking something nourishing, or out for a walk with a podcast in her ears.

Administrative Assistant
Kindle brings 15+ years of experience in the real estate industry to the Staats Solutions Team. She brings the industry knowledge, and straightforward approach she used as director of operations for a top-producing team to champion Staats clients and team members. With invaluable insights, quick responses, and deep back-office knowledge of procedures, compliance, and overall industry expertise, she is an invaluable resource for our clients and team.
Kindle’s unsatisfactory experience in a difficult real estate transaction during her move to the St. Louis area prompted her to obtain her real estate license to provide superior service to others in a similar situation. She developed a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for providing exceptional customer service. She rose quickly to the position of a trusted partner and her expertise became invaluable to the company’s administrative needs.

Born and raised in Southern California, Kasey combines local insight with a strong work ethic to support clients and agents alike. When she’s not managing deals, you can find her at the ball field cheering on her kids as they play sports—proudly balancing a busy career with an even busier family life.

Ariah started her real estate career in 2015 in property management. In 2017, she relocated from Texas to Colorado and worked managing two real estate brokerages. Taking the initiative to manage the transaction coordination (TC) activities, she decided to launch her own TC business in 2019. She went on to earn her Mortgage Loan Originator license in 2023 to better serve her clients and expand her knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry. When not helping her clients succeed, she values her time with her son spending as much time as possible with him in outdoor activities, hiking, paddleboarding, and gardening. She values the balance of work and home, finding serenity caring for her Koi, living a healthy lifestyle, and valuing time with family, friends, and supporting those around her.
