Jennifer Staats
Founder and Owner
As owner and founder of Staats Solutions, Jennifer is the driving force behind the success of this company. Having spent over a decade in her field, Jennifer has a broad knowledge of real estate. As a licensed agent, she has sold many properties and managed agents and brokers with transactions nationwide. She has also opened multiple businesses and franchises across the U.S. When she gets the time, you can find Jennifer outside, exploring with her two daughters, loving husband, and many animals.


David Staats
President
David graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has spent nearly 20 years working in the heavy civil construction industry. As a Project Manager, David has been responsible for managing complex delivery multi-million dollar projects across California and Colorado and uses this experience to review and write contracts for Staats Solutions. His experience in navigating through different projects, municipalities, and building departments can be valuable for clients who are interested in flipping homes, doing simple upgrades, or helping sellers get the best return on their investments. When he’s not at work, David enjoys camping with his family, working on classic cars, and doing metal fabrication.
Lisa P.
Account Manager
Lisa is an energetic, go-getter, with a passion for real estate and people. Having spent over 15 years in real estate in various roles, Lisa has a wide variety of skills and thorough knowledge of transactions. She was born in Hawaii and over the years, has lived in several states. Lisa enjoys spending time with her large family, teaching martial arts, dancing, and world travel.

Account Manager
Born and raised in Upstate NY, Sarah brings a background in business operations and executive-level administration to Staats Solutions. Sarah’s extensive experience in real estate administration and business operations allows her to bring a wealth of expertise to our client’s businesses in everything from property management to bookkeeping, software training to onboarding, human resources, and much more. Working with Sarah means you’ll have access to her extensive knowledge and can lean on her expertise for your real estate business. When Sarah isn’t serving our clients with her skills she loves
spending quality time with her family and enjoys pyrography (woodburning art) and painting.

Account Manager
Daina Santaella is a remarkable professional with a diverse background that has shaped her into the person she is today. As a prior registered nurse, mother of three, and wife of a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, she embodies the values of dedication, compassion, and resilience.
With over six years of experience in real estate sales and property management, Daina has demonstrated her keen business acumen and interpersonal skills. Her commitment to providing exceptional patient care and managing critical situations with grace and precision remains an integral part of her character.
Beyond her professional achievements, Daina’s true passion lies in the development of others. She believes in empowering individuals to unleash their full potential and is dedicated to supporting them on their journey.

Tech Support & Training Specialists
Jen brings her 30+ years of business experience in administrative assistance, project management, and operations management to the Staats Team. Along with her technical acumen in business systems, she also has a background in Graphic Design, Web Design, Photography, and Video Production. When not on the computer she enjoys getting out in nature with her camera, spending a day in the kitchen cooking and baking, creating stained glass art, and just about anything “Creative”
Maria C.
Administrative Assistant
Maria brings her 13+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant and Case Manager in various areas of the legal field to the Staats Team. She is a dedicated professional who loves helping our clients support and grow their business. When she is not working, you can find Maria editing photography, reading, creating arts and crafts, and her favorite is spending quality time with her family and their many rescue cats and dog.


Clare M.
Administrative Assistant
Clare honed her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in her 3 years as a transaction coordinator. She brings these talents and more as a Staats Solutions administrative assistant. She supports many roles in this position, coordinating with the team to support our clients and offering superior administrative services and even assisting with marketing efforts when needed. Clare enjoys spending her free time enjoying the company of her financé, playing with her two dogs, and taking them for long hikes. She also enjoys discovering new local restaurants and participating in Pilates classes.

Caitlyn is a real estate marketer based in Pennsylvania with 4 years of experience in the field. She is passionate about providing top-notch marketing services to clients and helping them grow their real estate businesses. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and shopping.


Sheri K.
Administrative Assistant
Sheri King has over two decades in the Real Estate industry, wearing many hats and loving every moment of it. Her journey began in Escrow and quickly progressed becoming a National Escrow Officer/Manager, and Transaction Coordinator, offering help and knowledge wherever needed.
Along with her Real Estate experience, she also has a background in accounting, and even decided to get her nursing degree 10 years ago, because she wanted to make sure she could take care of her parents as they got older. After her husband fully retired from the military they decided to move to Idaho. When she isn’t working you can find her spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, reading, and indulging in Netflix binges. She and her husband have 3 children and 8 grandchildren, and since they are empty nesters, she likes to joke that her fur-babies (2 dogs & 4 cats) feel the need to keep her on her toes now like her kids did, never giving her a dull moment in life.

Marketing Lead
Clarissa has years of experience helping others increase and improve their Social Media presence and the creation of marketing plans and content. When not applying her talents to improve Staats client’s social media profiles, Clarissa loves singing, having fun with the dogs, and enjoying her rural surrounding.


Alexis C.
Marketing Assistant
Alexis is a marketing professional and creative with experience in the design, real estate, and retail industries. Originally a San Diego native, but has lived and worked on the East Coast for many years. She handles the overall marketing direction for clients and curates the content for either digital or print work. Off-duty: You can find her catching up with friends over dinner, enjoying witty humor, or lost in a creative project, book, or podcast.
Hallie W.
Transaction Coordinator
Since 2003, Hallie Waller has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry. Starting her career at the age of 24, she worked alongside her brother, Logan Waller, focusing on client procedures, staff management, and back-office operations. In 2004, Hallie earned her real estate salesperson license and escalated her career by becoming a licensed real estate broker in Texas just four years later. Within half a decade, she had successfully negotiated over 1,000 transactions, setting new industry standards.
In 2010, Hallie expanded her horizons by relocating to Austin, Texas, where she served as the Broker/Owner of Waller Group Properties Austin, LLC, an independently owned and operated firm. Her career took another turn in 2017 when she entered the legal field as a Civil Litigation Paralegal for a prestigious law firm in downtown Dallas.
In September 2023, Hallie joined Staats Solutions as a Transaction Coordinator, bringing her extensive experience and expertise to a role critical to the success of any real estate venture. Outside of her professional life, Hallie is a devoted mother to her three sons, including twins born in the summer of 2020. She enjoys the flexibility of remote work and is an active volunteer in her community.


Michelle T.
Transaction Coordinator
Over the last ten years, Michelle has been operating within the Real Estate Industry, serving as a freelance Real Estate Assistant and taking on the role of Lead Transaction Coordinator for a successful brokerage situated in the outskirts of Cleveland. In 2020, she also acquired her Ohio Real Estate License. Michelle leverages her extensive experience and expertise to enhance the efficiency of Brokerages and Agents across the United States as part of the Staats Solutions Team, contributing to the growth of their businesses. Michelle has been happily married since 1997 and is a mother to two grown sons. During her free time, she finds joy in quality moments with her family and friends and actively explores and supports various local businesses.
